At Expeditors, we believe that excellent service starts with excellent people. We are looking for a motivated and
detail-oriented Warehouse Office Agent to join our Warehouse Operations team in Brussels.
As a Warehouse Office Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of cargo through our warehouse.
You will combine administrative responsibilities with operational coordination, acting as a vital link between
warehouse personnel, drivers, transportation partners, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate incoming drivers and verify transport documentation.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse teams.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse management system.
  • Prepare and validate operational documents, including CMRs, loading sheets, and warehouse checklists.
  • Book and coordinate pickup and delivery timeslots with transportation partners.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all shipments are correctly identified, labeled, and processed according to company standards.
  • Investigate, record, and report shipment discrepancies.
  • Support inventory activities and warehouse stock management.
  • Monitor operational activities and ensure system accuracy in real time.
  • Generate operational reports and provide updates to management.
  • Ensure outgoing cargo is prepared and dispatched on schedule.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Dutch and/or French language skills are considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Combination of office-based and operational warehouse activities.
  • Must be willing to work in a rotating shift system.
  • Must be willing to work one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) out of every two weekends as part of the operational schedule.
