Are you a skilled recruiter eager to be part of our Health Talent Acquisition efforts from the convenience of your home office? We're expanding our Health Talent Acquisition Team and seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sourcing Recruiter. As a proactive talent "hunter," you'll be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization. Collaborating closely with internal recruitment team, hiring managers and external partners, you'll develop innovative recruitment strategies that reflect our mission, values, and culture.
Your mission? To identify those elusive US based candidates with exceptional, rare skills perfectly aligned with our needs.
In this role, you'll cultivate strong relationships with Senior Recruiters, refine job descriptions, and employ diverse sourcing strategies to tap into hidden talent pools. Your strategic thinking and creative approach will be vital in navigating the competitive talent landscape.
