Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of MRO Sales to drive top-line revenue growth across our in-house Part 145 maintenance, repair, and overhaul operation. From our state-of-the-art facilities — spanning maintenance, avionics, paint, and interiors — you'll bring external aircraft owners, operators, and management companies into the flyExclusive MRO network. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role for a proven aviation business-development leader who can open doors, win contracts, and grow a book of recurring service revenue for one of the most vertically integrated names in private aviation. Key Responsibilities
Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
Act as the main interface with the customers.
Works with the VP of MRO to ensure customer schedules and expectations are met.
Execute or assist in preparation and execution of copies of contracts and subcontracts, including exhibits and attachments; ensure all contract and subcontract auxiliary documents, such as insurance certificates and bonds, are provided.
Manage change order process, e.g., work with Program Managers and Maintenance Admins to determine the need for change orders; negotiate, draft and secure signatures on change order.
Participate in meetings related to contract formation and performance.
Participate in marketing conferences and industry events.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to MRO directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
Assessing marketing, sales, supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers needs.
Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow businesses.
Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Aviation, Business, Aerospace, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 5–10 years of proven experience selling aviation-related products or services.
Demonstrated customer service, business development, sales, and marketing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
