Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee daily housekeeping operations, keeping rooms and public areas clean and guest ready 
•    Manage rostering, schedules and daily task sheets 
•    Support, train and guide the housekeeping team 
•    Check rooms for quality and turnaround times 
•    Keep track of attendance, timesheets and leave 
•    Run regular team meetings and training 
•    Maintain SOPs and cleanliness/safety standards 
•    Manage stock, supplies and monthly stocktakes 
•    Liaise with Reception on room status 
•    Report any safety hazards or incidents 
•    Help recruit and onboard new team members 
•    Respond to guest and internal emails 
•    Support a cost effective, well run department

What You’ll Bring:
•    Experience in housekeeping, ideally with some supervisory experience 
•    Good knowledge of housekeeping operations 
•    Strong people skills and a team focused approach 
•    Solid organisational skills for rostering and stock 
•    An eye for detail and cleanliness 
•    Friendly, clear communication and a professional presentation 
•    Comfortable building relationships across the hotel and with suppliers
