About the role

Love a great cocktail and an even better vibe? As bar supervisor at Sails Port Macquarie, you'll run the show behind the bar, leading a crew that knows how to pour, perform and impress. Your beverage knowledge runs deep, and when it comes to cocktail mixology, you don't just make drinks, you make an experience. You're warm, easy to talk to and quick on your feet, reading the room and adapting on the fly to keep every shift running smoothly. If you thrive on energy, connection and a job that's never the same day twice, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities & Experience 

• 1 + years’ worth of experience as a Bar Supervisor working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge on a range of beverage items, including a strong background in cocktail mixology.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and can adapt to the hotels needs.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
