DC3 Technical Lead – OED

Responsibilities

• The OED Technical Lead shall provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel assigned to the
• OED, including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of the team.
• The OED Technical Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with all financial and business processes.

 

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 7 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• 7 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.
• 7 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including, but not limited to, the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods
• 5 years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
• 5 years of experience writing various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products).
• 5 years of experience for project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule).

 

Preferred Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 10 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• 10 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.
• 10 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including, but not limited to, the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods
