Creative Design Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Develop visual concepts, create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and business objectives across various platforms.
• Execute design projects, deliver high-quality design solutions for marketing campaigns, digital content, branding, and other creative assets that align with design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with related stakeholders & teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Problem-solving & critical thinking, identify design challenges and propose effective, creative solutions that meet both user and business needs.
• Manage multiple projects, handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or other relevant software.
• Ability to develop original concepts and transform ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and polished design outputs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to feedback, and find creative solutions to design challenges.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, demonstrating design thinking and execution skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, awareness of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative industry.
