About this role
This role is designed for an experienced analyst who can work with a high degree of autonomy within a defined scope, combining strong analytical capability, business understanding and stakeholder coordination to support pricing decisions across products, entities and client segments.
Key responsibilities
- Pricing analysis and insight generation: gather, structure and analyse pricing, revenue, profitability, client and product data to identify trends, deviations, opportunities and risks.
- Simulations and impact assessments: build price simulations, scenario analyses and financial impact assessments to support pricing initiatives, tariff changes, client-specific conditions and strategic reviews.
- Benchmarking and performance monitoring: contribute to competitor analysis, market benchmarking, KPI monitoring and management reporting to support fact-based pricing recommendations.
- Decision support and documentation: translate complex analysis into clear insights, reports, presentations and decision material for pricing managers, product teams and senior stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations and Business Intelligence teams to ensure pricing design, governance and implementation are coherent and operationally feasible.
- Continuous improvement: contribute to better data quality, pricing tools, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency, consistency and decision support.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, data analytics or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in financial services, pricing, business analytics, financial modelling, product performance or a related analytical role.
- Able to perform independently within a defined scope, structure complex analyses, draw sound conclusions and make practical recommendations.
- Good understanding of financial industry complexity, with the ability and willingness to build deeper knowledge of Euroclear’s products, clients, services and pricing frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder mindset: able to coordinate with different teams, explain analytical outcomes clearly and support fact-based discussions.
- Proactive, organised, accurate and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in an international environment.
Key skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills: advanced Excel, modelling, data interpretation, scenario analysis and ability to work with large datasets.
- Pricing and commercial insight: understanding of pricing logic, profitability drivers, client and product economics, benchmarking and financial impact assessment.
- Business communication: ability to turn detailed analysis into concise messages, recommendations and presentations for business and senior stakeholders.
- Technical curiosity: experience with BI tools, databases, dashboards, scripting, automation or AI-enabled analytical tools is a strong asset.
- Behavioral expectations: autonomous execution, structured problem solving, sound judgement within established practices, proactive collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
