Member of Technical Staff (FDE)
About this role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to build and deploy custom AI-powered solutions directly at Fortune 500 customer sites. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and customer delivery, translating complex legal workflows into scalable technical solutions for one of the fastest-growing AI companies in enterprise software ($105M Series A, backed by General Catalyst).
What will you be doing?
Integrating customer data systems (various enterprise platforms) into Eudia's platform — understanding their data models, ontologies, and connecting disparate sources into a normalized system
Building agents and custom tooling to speed up access to data and answers for legal teams across Fortune 500 companies
Translating ambiguous customer requirements into executable technical solutions — acting as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and engineering
Designing and deploying integrations that connect customer workflows (contracts, compliance, procurement) into Eudia's AI platform
Collaborating directly with customers to understand their risk profiles, workflows, and institutional knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role (FDE, solutions engineer, or technical consulting) — must have built custom solutions deployed at customer sites
Strong coding ability — can build end-to-end integrations, APIs, and data pipelines (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customer problems and translate them for technical teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — startup or high-growth company experience required (no pure Big Tech only backgrounds)
Must be on-site in Palo Alto, CA 5 days/week with US work authorization (H1B transfers OK, no new sponsorship)
