eToro is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager with a strong background in the financial industry to join our dynamic German team in Cyprus.

What will you be doing?
- Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for our clients, delivering an exceptional service that embodies eToro's culture and values.
- Proactively engage with clients via telephone and email to discuss financial markets, articulate investment strategies, and demonstrate the full potential of the eToro platform.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's vision and mission by providing expert insights into our products and services.
- Manage the full client experience, including education to long-term retention, while expertly handling complex inquiries and resolving high-priority issues.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communicator: A genuine "people person" with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Market Passion: A deep and genuine interest in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart portfolios and CFDs, coupled with a passion for investing and trading.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Retention, and Customer Service within the financial services industry.
- Organizational Excellence: Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive & Driven: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborative Spirit: A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Adaptable Learner: A quick learner with the ability to master new products and adapt to evolving market trends.
- AI Proficiency: Ability to utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve client communication, and support account growth.
