We build ETERNO Cloud, the operating system for modern medical practices. It brings patient access, communication, documentation, billing, analytics, and daily practice operations into one cloud SaaS platform. The product is serverless, regulated, GDPR-compliant, and ISO-certified, so engineering quality is part of the product.

You are a key driver for a product engineering team, setting technical direction across the full stack while staying close to the code, architecture, and production systems.

🏄♂️ What you shape and build

• Hands-on technical leadership across React, Node.js, and AWS serverless services

• Architecture across the full stack, from frontend applications to APIs, healthcare workflows, and cloud infrastructure

• Product foundations for ETERNO Cloud as the operating system for modern medical practices

• Close collaboration with product and design to shape roadmap items early and make technical trade-offs visible

• Proactive improvements to the product and platform where they make delivery faster, safer, or easier to maintain

• Production-ready systems that the team owns from the first technical decision to running them safely in production

• Day-to-day technical leadership through clear direction, review, pairing, and pragmatic decisions

• AI-enabled development workflows that improve speed and quality while keeping engineering judgment, ownership, and review standards high
