About the Role
What You Will Do
- Financial Closing & Reporting: Support monthly closing activities and ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting for the manufacturing site.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and follow-up of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
- Cost Management: Analyze manufacturing costs, monitor cost performance, and contribute to cost control initiatives.
- CAPEX Management: Support investment projects by tracking expenditures, validating financial data, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Review operational and financial KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, safety, and other support functions to ensure accurate information and effective financial governance.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and support initiatives that improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, manufacturing finance, or a related area. Experience in a plant environment is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost controlling, financial reporting, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office tools; experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent collaboration, organization, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
