About the Role

As part of the Health & Medical Legal team, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join us in Hamburg on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will take ownership of key Healthcare Compliance processes and initiatives across EMEA and APAC, provide practical, risk-based guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous development of our compliance framework.

What you will do

  • Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Healthcare Compliance framework across EMEA and APAC

  • Assess the compliance of business activities, including interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, and provide practical, risk-based guidance to stakeholders

  • Take ownership of the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance processes, policies, and tools

  • Design and deliver training and communication activities to strengthen compliance awareness and understanding

  • Analyze compliance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities and support management reporting

  • Collaborate with a global network of compliance representatives to drive alignment, share best practices, and support compliance initiatives across regions

Who you are

  • Completed university degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field and minimum 5 years of professional experience in Compliance

  • Strong understanding of industry codes and regulatory requirements governing interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations

  • Proven ability to translate compliance requirements into practical business solutions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English and German
