Technical Education Designer (m/f/n)

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

• Finalize the whole training package. 
• Develop storyboards and make changes after brainstorming sessions. 
• Provide feedback and suggest enhancements to the training creation process. 
• Create and configure virtual learning environments based on descriptions and instructions. 
• Collaborate with the relevant parties in managing training materials and requests. 
• Assist with company projects, including graphic design adjustments, AI voice integration, interactive training sessions, and video production. 
• Cooperate on localization process if needed. 
• Mentor junior colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS 
Education: 

• Bachelor's degree 

 
Experience: 

• Years of work experience: 2 years 

 
Knowledge: 

• Adobe Creative Cloud (or alternatives): Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere. Nice to have: AfterEffects 
• Premiere / Camtasia: proficient 
• Video editing and working with video overall (ideally, to be proficient in Premiere)
• AI tools overview (image and audio generation) 
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution 
• Microsoft Office Suite: advanced 
• MS PowerPoint: advanced 
• Articulate products: basic 
• JavaScript, HTML5 and other coding languages (code reading) – nice to have 
• Good overall knowledge about operating systems/administration 
• Knowledge of ESET Products and technologies is a plus

 
Language: 

• English B2 

Basic wage component (gross): from 2000 EUR

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

• The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
