GhostDraft Developer (2 to 6 Years Experience)
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in the GhostDraft tool to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ghost Draft Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience in using and configuring the GhostDraft platform
- Proficient in creating, editing, and managing templates, forms, and document types
- Ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements in all document outputs
- Document Development
- Strong skills in designing and developing complex documents using GhostDraft
- Maintain and update existing templates to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture content requirements
- Understanding of system development, document generation logic, and database integration
- Ability to work with structured data sources and configure document automation processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless document integration with other systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Problem Solving & Support
- Identify and resolve document generation issues, formatting challenges, and automation bottlenecks
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for the document management processes
- Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve issues related to document management and communication.
- Experience with other document automation tools, Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in using the Ghostdraft tool effectively for document automation and optimization.
- Understanding of document automation processes and the ability to optimize workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in automation processes and tools.
- Clarity and effectiveness in communication, both written and verbal, especially for client interactions.
- Experience with other document automation tools and knowledge of industry domains like insurance or financial services.
- Overall professional experience, including direct experience with Ghostdraft and document automation.
Primary Skills:
- GhostDraft Studio.
- Java Scripting.
- Studio certification good to have.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge.
