ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Digital Consulting to help clients navigate complex EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Product Stewardship requirements through leading technology solutions. In this role, you will work with global organizations to evaluate, design, and implement SAP EHS solutions that support compliance, operational excellence, and business transformation.

What Your Impact Is

As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the selection, implementation, and optimization of EHS and Product Stewardship software solutions. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will help organizations streamline processes, meet evolving regulatory requirements, and improve the way they manage environmental and product compliance data.

Your expertise will directly contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives by translating complex business needs into effective system solutions while supporting users through adoption and change.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP EHS Consultant or in a related role.

  • Experience with global product compliance regulations, including EU REACH, UK REACH, and TR-REACH.

  • Experience providing consulting on SAP EHS/EHSM business processes and system architecture.

  • Experience designing, building, implementing, and maintaining SAP EHS solutions.

  • Experience delivering SAP EH&S projects.

  • Experience with SDS authoring solutions and regulatory frameworks such as GHS, OSHA, and REACH.

  • Experience creating test scripts and leading integration and regression testing activities.

  • Experience supporting EHS regulatory content updates, including SAP and 3E (formerly Verisk).

  • Experience providing training and support for SAP EHS modules and business users.

Preferred

  • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

  • Experience supporting system integration initiatives and large-scale digital transformation projects.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and change management capabilities.

  • Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate EHS and Product Stewardship software solutions and advise clients on system selection based on business and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

  • Develop solution recommendations and system proposals aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Participate in all phases of project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and support.

  • Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP platforms and solutions.

  • Deliver SAP EHS and Product Stewardship integration and functional solutions.

  • Configure and implement system enhancements, including testing, change management, and user communications.

  • Translate business requirements into system blueprints, functional designs, and technical documentation.

  • Support organizational change initiatives related to the adoption of new information systems.

  • Assist with SAP configuration, integration, training, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Develop system design documentation and technical specifications to support environmental and digital consulting projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions for clients.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid work schedule.

  • Approximately 30% domestic and international travel to client locations may be required.
