We’re looking for an Assistant Associate (Trainee) to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. You don’t need prior experience in fiduciary services, just a willingness to learn, a good eye for detail and an interest in building a professional career.

The Role

This is a hands on, entry level role where you’ll learn by doing.

You’ll support the team with day to day administrative and client tasks, while gradually building your understanding of trusts, companies and how we support our clients. You’ll be working alongside experienced colleagues who will guide you and give you the space to develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support onboarding processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence tasks

• Helping prepare simple client documents and instructions

• Keeping client records accurate and up to date

• Assisting with transactions, forms and general admin tasks

• Getting involved in team work and learning how everything fits together

What You Bring

Essential

• Strong academic background (A-levels or equivalent)

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Interest in building a career in fiduciary or financial services
