Job Summary

The Software Development Eng Associate (Entry level) is responsible for working on routine software development engineering systems tasks. Owns responsibilities but may need guidance and coaching to complete tasks. Is an individual contributor level that does not lead other employees or teams.

Responsibilities

Technical

• Produces routine modular, maintainable, high quality automation code within a well defined framework

Technical for SDET/QA

• Tests features for quality assurance

• Writes maintainable automation code within a well-defined framework

• May need guidance and coaching on test methodology

Dealing with Ambiguity

• Works on well-defined, distilled requirements

Process

• Monitors and improves operational metrics for maintaining routine process and operational excellence

Scope and Impact

• Owns one or more tasks/features

Leadership

• Has a curiosity to learn; dives into the root cause of routine issues

• Collaborates with team members and communicates clear resolutions

Qualifications

• Typically requires no previous professional experience

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Other posted locations not specifically listed : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual

Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
