Head of Order to Invoice (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term)

Lead, transform and elevate Order-to-Invoice operations across EMEA

At Epta International BSC, we're looking for an experienced leader to oversee and continuously improve our Order-to-Invoice operations within our growing Shared Service Center environment. As Head of Order to Invoice, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading international service delivery teams, and supporting business transformation initiatives across multiple countries. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, international environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Invoice operations across EMEA, covering order management, invoicing, collections, and customer support activities.
• Ensure service delivery excellence by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across countries and business units.
• Lead transition and migration projects into shared services and outsourced delivery models.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable, efficient ways of working.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of managers, team leaders, coordinators and subject matter experts.
• Provide governance, reporting and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations and business continuity challenges.
• Foster a culture of customer centricity, accountability and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading Order-to-Invoice, Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Billing, Invoicing, Collections or Shared Services operations.
• Proven track record in managing international service delivery teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with process transformation, standardization or transition projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
