We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Data Intelligence Team in Krailling (up to 50% remote working possible).

Your Mission

  • Identify strategic AI opportunities: You partner with and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify use cases and build AI-powered applications that alleviate pain points, generate value, and drive impact.

  • Lead AI initiatives: You prioritize, steer and oversee the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI solutions from pilot to production.

  • Mentor project teams: Provide hands-on technical guidance and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Scale AI capabilities: You help drive company-wide adoption of AI tools and technologies, including LLMs, generative AI and agentic workflows, implementing best practices and ensuring integration into relevant processes, products and services.

  • Enable others: You support colleagues across EOS in developing AI literacy and skills to broaden adoption and scale impact across business units

  • Support AI leadership and governance: You collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) in shaping EOS’s AI and data strategy and governance, prioritizing and implementing strategic AI initiatives, and defining and tracking metrics aligned with business goals.

  • Ensure responsible AI and data infrastructure: You support EOS in implementing scalable and reliable data systems and frameworks, ensuring bias mitigation, security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Your Talents

  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Data Science, or similar

  • Senior-level experience in AI/ML, with a track record of successfully implementing initiatives from concept to production and continuous optimization

  • Experienced (project) leader skilled at aligning diverse teams and building strong stakeholder partnerships to achieve shared goals

  • Highly familiar with designing and deploying AI/ML solutions and knowledgeable in data engineering and infrastructure

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices to ensure robust and sustainable deployments

  • Understanding of responsible AI, data ethics, security, and regulatory frameworks

  • Skilled at aligning diverse teams and building strong stakeholder partnerships to achieve shared goals

  • Business and solution-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.
