Product Manager Services (m/f/d)
About this role
We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Digital Service Solutions Team in Krailling. (Hybrid working up to 50% possible)

Your Mission
- You drive the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of our global service portfolio, ensuring strong customer value and alignment with the EOS strategy.
- You translate market needs, customer requirements, and business objectives into scalable service products and sustainable business models across the entire service lifecycle.
- You act as a key interface between Service, Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders, creating a compelling and consistent value proposition for our service offerings.
- You enable commercial success by supporting go-to-market activities, pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and the effective positioning of services within the EOS sales organization.
- You continuously monitor business performance, demand, and resource requirements while driving improvements through data-driven decision-making, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement.
Your Talents
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in Product Management, Service Product Management, or a comparable role, including responsibility for portfolio development, pricing, and go-to-market activities.
- Experience managing products or services throughout their lifecycle, from concept development to market introduction and continuous optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage
- Excellent analytical thinking and a structured working style with the ability to structure complex topics and deliver results within deadlines
- Fluent English skills, German is a big plus.
