About this role

Your mission

  • You play an important role in keeping our charging infrastructure running smoothly and helping us deliver a reliable and positive customer experience every day.
  • You spend time out in the field at our charging stations, carrying out rebranding activities, performing visual inspections, removing graffiti, and taking care of a variety of practical non-technical tasks.
  • During busier periods, you also support our customers directly by handling incoming phone inquiries and helping to ensure a high level of service.
  • No two days are the same – you enjoy a hands-on working environment and are happy to support with a range of operational tasks, whether that's assisting in the office, organizing supplies, visiting the recycling center, or helping wherever support is needed

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality and an interest in eMobility and charging infrastructure
  • You communicate confidently and professionally, while working in a structured, proactive, and independent way.
  • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Based in Fredericia or willing to work from there
