Station Ambassador

COMPENSATION RANGE: 20.00 - 25.00

Summary
Are you energetic, passionate about our local community, and a natural at connecting with people? We are looking for a Promotions Team Member & Station Ambassador to serve as the face and voice of our TV and radio stations out in the field.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our listeners, clients, programming, and sales teams. You’ll represent our brand at high-energy live events, drive dynamic social media content, and spot new opportunities across the Los Angeles area to expand our footprint. While driving the station vehicle to and from events is part of the job, your main mission is working the crowd, engaging our audience, and creating unforgettable brand experiences.

Essential Functions

Brand Representation: Serve as an enthusiastic station ambassador at live events,client activations, and community appearances.

Crowd Engagement: Entertain and interact directly with listeners and event attendeesto build strong brand loyalty.

Community Outreach: Keep a finger on the pulse of the local community to identifyfresh event opportunities and grassroots marketing spots.

Social Media Creation: Capture dynamic, engaging photos, videos, and live content forour social channels during station outings.

Event Logistics: Handle the setup, execution, and teardown of station equipment,banners, and promotional materials.

Field Coordination: Drive station vehicles safely to scheduled appearances, assist withbasic vehicle upkeep, and complete post-event reporting.

Required Education and Experience

Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) isrequired to effectively engage our diverse Los Angeles audience.

People Person: Outgoing, charismatic, and confident working a crowd or speaking inpublic.

Social Media Savvy: Experienced in creating engaging content (Instagram, TikTok,Facebook, etc.) on the go.

Community-Minded: Deep knowledge of the LA area and a knack for spotting localtrends and gathering spots.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs for event setup and breakdown.

Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate station vehicles.

Bonus: Prior experience in radio, TV, events, or brand ambassador roles is a plus!

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Part Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Reports directly to Senior Vice President & General Manager
