Job Description Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that support EnterpriseKC’s strategic priorities. This role drives planning, execution, and delivery across technical and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and resource constraints.The position serves as a central coordination point across internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality. This role balances execution with strategic thinking, proactively identifying risks, improving processes, and enabling scalable program delivery across EKC initiatives.
Job Description
Ownership:
End-to-end project delivery across EKC strategic initiatives
Project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
Cross-functional team alignment and communication
Risk management, issue resolution, and escalation
Project documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts
Continuous improvement of project management processes and standards
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and external partners
Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure alignment between project execution and EKC strategic priorities
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum
Manage scope changes through structured change control processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and documentation
Ensure high-quality deliverables through structured validation and stakeholder feedback
Support coordination across EKC programs
General Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, plans, and reports
Respond to all requests from external and internal clients in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with EKC policies and protection of sensitive information
Identify operational and strategic trends that impact project success
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Develop weekly Progress, Problems, Plans (P3) report

Skills and Abilities:
Strong project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and inform decisions
Familiarity with technical environments, software development, or infrastructure projects (preferred)
Ability to influence without direct authority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to operate effectively in a startup-style, high-growth environment
