Job Description

💼 Your Role

As a Process Flow Specialist , you will support the operational and sales processes by preparing documentation, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring high data quality standards across systems.

This is a back-office, PC-based role ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools and AI tool knowledge.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
✔️ Create and manage contracts (PDF and online signature tools)
✔️ Maintain and transfer data across CRM systems such as Salesforce and Pipedrive
✔️ Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of information
✔️ Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
✔️ Ensure proper documentation and process flow management
✔️ Identify inconsistencies and help improve internal workflows

🎓 Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

🌍 Good English skills (German is a plus)
💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
📊 Attention to detail and organizational skills
🧠 Ability to work accurately with large amounts of data
📚 Graduation in AI
🚀 Fast learner with a proactive attitude

⏰ Working Hours

🕘 Full-time: 08:00 – 17:00

💰 Salary

• Gross Fixed Annual Salary: 770,000 ALL

• Fixed Gross Annual Bonus: 100,000 ALL.
