Deburr Operator - Night Shift

Position Description: Set-up and operate various types of deburring and marking equipment under the direction of the area supervisor and /or leader, if applicable. The shift will be Monday through Thursday 10-hour days. The night shift includes a 20% shift premium.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, Pencil Grinders and Dremel style tools in the area with a minimum of supervision
- Produces at standard and quality levels in accordance with company’s requirements
- Must be able to deburr and mark any part in the area with guidance from higher level deburr operators or area supervisor
- Works to blueprints or sketch requirements when available
- Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to company’s policy
- Maintains area, workbenches, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition
- Observe all Company policies rule, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches
- Must have demonstrated mechanical ability
- Must be able to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
