Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresgehalt von 54.000 € bis 59.000 € (brutto, Vollzeit), abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Disposition und Organisation internationaler Transporte mit verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern weltweit
- Auftragsannahme und -erfassung u.a. in SAP / GTS
- Erstellung von Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten inkl. Präferenznachweisen
- Begleitung von Akkreditiv -Anforderungen
- Kommunkationen mit nationalen und internationalen Zollstellen, Versandhäfen, sowie internen und externen Kunden
- Kommunikation mit Vertrieb und Buchhaltung bzgl. der Projektfinanzierung
- Weltweite Koordination mit Zollagenten und Kunden
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Industriekauffrau/-mann, Speditonskauffrau/-mann
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektbereich und Zollbereich
- Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
