About this role
OBJETIVO:
Ejecutar y mantenerel control del inventario que se tiene en sitio, para asegurar el adecuado manejo de los materiales que estan bajo su responsabilidad, desde la recepción del material, resguardo y acomodo hasta su debido despacho con el cliente.
ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Realizar la recepción de materiales que ingresan al Sitio para su correcto registro y acomodo correspondiente tanto en físico como en sistema.
- Realizar el resguardo del material en físico y en el sistema para el correcto seguimiento.
- Realizar el acomodo, limpieza y preservación de los materiales que se encuentran en Sitio.
- Ejecutar el despacho en ventanilla y punto de uso.
- Realizar el despacho y manejo adecuado de químicos, siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad (en caso que aplique).
- Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera y vaya en función de su puesto o departamento.
- Cumplir con el Programa de Compliance y Código de conducta de la empresa. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente vigentes de la Empresa.
- Conocer y apegarse a los procedimientos del área registrados en el SGI.
