About this role
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Empatica's first Business Graduate Program: a 12-month, on-the-job role for one outstanding early-career graduate to work at the intersection of business analytics and business intelligence in support of Empatica's commercial and BD efforts. You'll build real analytical infrastructure: from market and competitive research to structured databases like KOL/partner tracking, and produce reporting and analysis that inform live business decisions, spanning multiple areas of Empatica's business over time, including clinical and pharma-facing initiatives, with direct mentorship throughout.

- Support business operations and decision-making with data-driven analysis and reporting
- Build and maintain structured databases and dashboards that leadership and teams rely on
- Conduct research and market/competitive analysis to inform commercial strategy
- Work cross-functionally across the business, with exposure to multiple functions over the course of the program
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Has a Master's degree in Economics & Management, Data Science & Business Analytics, International Management, or Finance, or is graduating in the July or October 2026 session
- Has strong Excel/data-modeling skills (lookups, pivots, visualization, conditional logic, etc.); SQL/Python a plus
- Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, including an ability to combine attention to detail with a big picture perspective
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, to effectively inform key updates and issues across all levels of the organization
- Has the ability to work independently and successfully in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment with large potential impact
- Has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, integrate cross-functional issues, and balance competing priorities effectively
- Has a genuine interest, passion and motivation for Empatica's mission
- Has a get-things-done attitude, and a desire to do great work
- Has proficiency in English

For this role, the salary range is up to €36,000 gross per year. The final offer is determined on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria: relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities associated with the position.
