JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Platform Owner – Integration for Retail & Digital is heading the Retail and Digital services within the Integration Platform unit, with a focus on all micro services (banking, common utility, engagement-omnichannel) for Retail and Digital Business; which will require in-depth understanding of Banking API’s and Open banking standards.

The Senior Platform Owner – Integration for Retail and Digital should have knowledge of AWS S3 APIs and knowledge of object store. This entails working in agile development methodology and involves management of several Software and Test Engineers. The Senior Platform Owner – Integration for Retail & Digital should apply extensive knowledge of building orchestration microservices and real time integration technologies and business processes to satisfy business requirements in a dynamic and agile environment.

In this position, the successful candidate coordinates and manages various product teams that will consist of Software and Test Engineers, Solution Architects and drives successful delivery of projects in the area of integration in line with quality, time and cost targets.

On event streaming, the successful candidate should have experience with complex event processing and building integration based on events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduate / Postgraduate in related degree of education

Experiences

• General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy.

• Experience in applying Agile/Waterfall implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology (capacity planning, vendor management, medium scale development coordination) which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and also in connection with the other agile teams.

• Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant.

• Experience in Integration domain, architecture, Banking microservices is essential.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in relevant technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the scope of microservices /integration technology.

• Strong experience in defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration & deployment of API management platforms

• Working knowledge of API security (OAUTH, SAML, JWT, etc) and Network concepts (F5, High Availability, IP security setup ,etc)

• Deep Knowledge on design principles and best practices in implementing Restful Design and APIs

• Sound knowledge on data transformation, data security and data delivery processes

• Knowledge of AWS S3 API’s/ Object store

• Knowledge of Cloud technology and terminology is a plus.

• Sound knowledge of Micro services and JSON is essential

• Development experience in SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, Java/Java EE, XML/XSD., SSL, Shell scripting, HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON is preferred

• Experience in SSL, shell scripting, java, SQL, PL/SQL

• Additional knowledge of the major strategic priorities of the bank and their implications for technology required

• Preferred experience in one of the following: Kafka, Kafka Streams, Flink, Beam, Spark.

• Understanding of Architecture and principles of Complex event processing and asynchronous microservices
