Graduate Trainee – RBWM Business Marketing (UAE Nationals)

As a Marketing Trainee in Business Marketing at Emirates NBD, your role is to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing communications and business marketing campaigns within Group Marketing. You will assist the Business Marketing Manager in coordinating with agencies, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop briefs, creatives, campaign communications and digital marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication activities for relevant business segments.
• Work with business and product teams to understand marketing requirements and translate them into clear marketing briefs.
• Coordinate campaign development with advertising agencies, including concepts, creatives, artworks, copy proofing and collateral preparation.
• Manage day-to-day follow-ups with agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
• Support campaign approvals, production, implementation and tracking while maintaining ENBD quality standards and approved budgets.
• Assist with website updates, EDMs, SMS campaigns and other digital communication activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work with the Digital Team and business teams on initiatives that enhance business growth, improve campaign performance and increase lead generation through digital channels.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience is preferable.
• Good understanding of marketing processes, campaign management, advertising mediums and agency coordination.
• Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• and analyze business numbers and marketing performance metrics.
