In this role, you will support in setting up and conducting tests, analyzing data, troubleshooting equipment and product issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure product quality, equipment reliability, and operational excellence while contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Address production redlights & perform product failure analysis and product troubleshooting for all test-related failures.
- Diagnose and resolve tester-related issues, including troubleshooting at the circuit board component level, to ensure timely equipment
- Perform troubleshooting & root cause identification to resolve tester-related issues. Including troubleshooting at the circuit board component level and ensuring timely equipment resolution.
- Support test data collection, analysis & yield improvement.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for test equipment and test stations.
- Support test-related improvements and new test station setups.
- Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and related documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Equipment Safety Requirements (ESR) for test processes.
- Partner with Engineer to resolve non-conforming electrical components and assemblies.
- Coordinate and perform in-house calibration activities, work with external calibration providers, and maintain calibration records for test equipment.
- Supports the implementation of GMS requirements and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional responsibilities to support business needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in common lab test equipment operation like multi-meter, power supplies, and oscilloscope.
- Knowledge of subassembly and circuit board functional testing processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures up to the circuit board component level.
- Strong teamwork, communication (written/verbal), presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in PLC, Automation skills, Power BI or programming skills will be an added advantage.
- Soldering skills are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any related field
- 3 years of related manufacturing experience
