About this role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and execute strategic market and product line business plans aligned with growth and operational efficiency goals.
- Identify opportunities to build internal technical capabilities, including test stand design and development.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities to define strategic direction.
- Support the transition from external procurement to in-house solutions, improving cost efficiency and flexibility.
- Create compelling business cases and presentations to support investment and capability development decisions.
- Evaluate make-versus-buy scenarios, including partnerships, acquisitions, and internal development opportunities.
- Conduct assessments for joint ventures, licensing agreements, and collaborative engineering initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to align business strategy with plant needs.
- Support faster execution of product validation and testing through improved internal processes and tools.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations, leveraging best practices from sister plants.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-driven environments.
- Exposure to test systems, product validation, or equipment development.
- Experience supporting cost reduction or internal capability development initiatives.
- Familiarity with make-versus-buy analysis, partnerships, or capital investment decisions.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Experience leveraging best practices across multiple sites or regions.
