About this role
- Megelőző karbantartási programok vezetése és folyamatos fejlesztése a berendezések megbízhatóságának és a termelés folytonosságának biztosítása érdekében
- Berendezéshibák elemzése, gyökérokok feltárása, valamint hatékony helyesbítő és megelőző intézkedések kidolgozása és bevezetése
- A termelés támogatása az állásidők csökkentésével és a karbantartási folyamatok optimalizálásával
- Karbantartási tevékenységek koordinálása a termelési csapatokkal, alvállalkozókkal és berendezés-beszállítókkal
- Karbantartási projektek, berendezésfejlesztések és folyamatos fejlesztési kezdeményezések vezetése
- A biztonsági, minőségi és környezetvédelmi előírások betartásának biztosítása
- Műszaki dokumentációk, karbantartási eljárások és a pótalkatrész-gazdálkodás naprakészen tartása
- A berendezések teljesítményének nyomon követése, valamint fejlesztési lehetőségek azonosítása a megbízhatóság, hatékonyság és költséghatékonyság növelése érdekében
- TPM és operatív kiválósági programok támogatása a gyártási területeken
- Felsőfokú végzettség gépészmérnöki, villamosmérnöki, mechatronikai, ipari mérnöki vagy egyéb releváns műszaki területen
- Preventív karbantartási módszertanok ismerete
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
- Kiváló hibaelemzési, problémamegoldó és gyökérokelemzési képesség
- Tapasztalat CMMS vagy egyéb karbantartás-tervező rendszerek használatában
- Több párhuzamos feladat hatékony kezelése dinamikus gyártási környezetben
- Erős műszaki és analitikus gondolkodásmód
- Karbantartási mérnöki tapasztalat gyártó vállalati környezetben
- TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma vagy Reliability Engineering ismeretek
- Tapasztalat karbantartási projektek vezetésében és berendezésfejlesztési kezdeményezések megvalósításában
- Tapasztalat nagy termékválasztékú gyártási környezetben
- Elektronikai gyártási technológiák ismerete (SMT, THR, forrasztási technológiák)
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) módszertan ismerete
- Projektmenedzsment tapasztalat gyártó vállalatnál
