Sales Development Representative/SDR
About this role
Who We Are:
At Emburse, you’ll not just imagine the future – you’ll build it. As a leader in expense intelligence, we are creating a future where technology drives business value and inspires extraordinary results. Our AI-powered platform helps organizations modernize financial operations, increase visibility, and optimize spend across the enterprise.
Looking to take the next step in your sales career with a global fintech leader?
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This isn't just any SDR role—you will be succeeding a team member who was recently promoted, proving that we don't just talk about career progression; we execute it!
You’ll act as the strategic engine for a high-performing local sales team, while collaborating with our global marketing and demand generation engines. If you are autonomous, driven, and want a role that offers a direct path into closing roles or other strategic teams, we want to hear from you.
\nWhat You'll Do-
Own the Region: Drive outbound prospecting, qualification, and generation of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
-
Target & Engage: Develop new sales qualified leads via strategic telephone and email communication, targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
-
Crush Metrics: Consistently deliver on daily activity metrics, including call volume, talk time, and tailored email outreach.
-
Master the Tech Stack: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to identify, import, and build highly effective outreach campaigns.
-
Nurture Relationships: Build and cultivate prospective relationships in mid, large, and enterprise markets, seamlessly scheduling needs analysis calls and software demonstrations for your AE team.
-
Collaborate Strategically: Partner closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and the global Demand Gen/Marketing leadership to continuously optimize the sales pipeline.
-
Data Integrity: Keep Salesforce clean, organized, and up to date. Contribute to quarterly updates of our ICP lists based on market feedback and data insights.
-
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office, corporate, or B2B sales setting (or equivalent experience managing business communication via phone and email).
-
Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a huge plus
-
Communication Champions: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong phone presence and comfortable managing high-volume B2B outreach.
