Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, endpoint management, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Windows administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, server management, endpoint security, and IT operations.
The role requires ownership of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and seamless IT support while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
User Lifecycle Management & Microsoft 365 Administration
•
Manage new employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
•
Create, modify, disable, and maintain user accounts.
•
Configure email accounts, distribution lists (DLs), and security groups (SGs).
•
Perform mailbox backup, email forwarding and Auto Reply for ex-employees.
•
Monitor email logs and quarantine.
•
Manage mailbox permissions and shared mailboxes.
