Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Charlotte, NC location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, with expertise in HVAC/EPA regulations, EPA certification, and CPO standards. This role requires leadership abilities to oversee maintenance staff, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintain the efficient operation of all facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure facility systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain all necessary certifications.
• Oversee HVAC system maintenance and repairs, ensuring adherence to EPA guidelines.
• Manage and train maintenance staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and facility improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• EPA certification and thorough knowledge of EPA regulations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and EPA compliance (HVAC/EPA).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a facility environment.
