About this role
We are looking for an Engagement Lead with 4-6 years of experience to join our high-visibility Future Platforms team. The ideal candidate is a high-performer from a consulting background who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building things from the ground up. You will be a founding member of the team responsible for bringing the most important product in our company's history to market. This is a critical role that blends strategy, operations, and product to scale our next generation of AI products.
What will you be doing?
Own the success of customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping and implementation to post-launch success.
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating real-world needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
Build and scale the operational playbook for our new platform, creating repeatable processes and systems to support rapid growth.
Manage complex, multi-faceted client projects, aligning senior stakeholders and driving initiatives forward.
Act as a strategic partner, working closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy and build a scalable post-sales motion.
