AI Engagement Manager (Strategic)
About this role
We are looking for an AI Engagement Manager with 7+ years of experience to own strategic relationships with our largest, most complex property management customers and drive large-scale AI implementations across their portfolios. You'll join a fast-growing vertical AI company doing $200M+ in revenue, backed by a $250M Series E from Andreessen Horowitz, where you'll lead end-to-end product rollouts, pilot conversions, and expansion across accounts with $8-12M+ book sizes. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who thrives at startup pace, has deep experience running enterprise software implementations, and can operate from C-suite strategy down to end-user change management.
What will you be doing?
Leading full-lifecycle AI product implementations (leasing, resident products, CRM migrations) across large property management portfolios — managing discovery, scoping, weekly PMO calls, monthly steering committees, and launch
Driving pilot conversions and portfolio expansion across accounts with 16, 000+ units, running 90-day pilots and phased rollouts across multiple products
Owning a book of 5-10 high-value strategic accounts and managing change management and adoption at scale — from leadership workshops to end-user training
Partnering closely with Solutions Engineers on technical integrations and custom implementations, ensuring configurations, knowledge bases, and integrations are set up for success
Leading data-driven performance reviews and strategic conversations that tie AI outcomes to client KPIs, driving expansion and deepening product adoption
