Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Developer/Consultant with 8–10 years of SAP Supply Chain experience and strong expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, and Order-Based Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP IBP solutions.
  
• Configure Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Master Data Types, and Attributes.
  
• Implement Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP processes.
  
• Configure Cost-Based Optimizer, Finite/Infinite Heuristics, and Constraints-Based Planning.
  
• Develop and support integrations between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, and third-party applications using SAP HANA Cloud, SDI, and RTI.
  
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  
• Perform performance tuning and continuous process improvements.
  

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
  
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
