Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

·       Create and maintain ODI repositories, interfaces/mappings, packages, procedures, variables, and load plans.

·       Develop data integration solutions for data warehousing and business intelligence projects.

·       Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation activities.

·       Optimize ODI jobs and database queries for performance and scalability.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ETL processes.

·       Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

·       Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

·       Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills

·       5+ years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) development.

·       Strong experience with ODI 11g/12c.

·       Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

·       Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT methodologies, and dimensional modeling.

·       Experience in developing ODI Packages, Load Plans, Mappings, Procedures, Variables, and Knowledge Modules.

·       Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ODI jobs.

·       Good understanding of database design and data modeling.

·       Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
