Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.

- Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals

To support children and families in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams - A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
This role supports families within the city of Charlotte and the surrounding area, with services provided across home and community-based settings. This role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role.
