Collect and analyze process data, wafers, and samples to support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Perform basic laboratory testing, sample preparation, and data analysis following established procedures.

Coordinate advanced evaluations and analytical work with internal and external laboratories when required.

Support customer trials from preparation and logistics through execution, reporting, and follow-up.

Monitor project progress, technical actions, and customer requirements to ensure timely completion.

Prepare technical reports, trial summaries, and maintain accurate records of activities, materials, and findings.

Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.

Communicate customer requirements and technical issues effectively to internal stakeholders.

Support customer technical discussions and presentations, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective technical support, problem-solving, and project coordination.

Who are You?
