ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Junior Personnel Records Specialist in Lviv.
\nREQUIREMENTS- Knowledge of fundamentals of office procedures and organization
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeeping
- Experience with Jira, BAS, 1C
- At least B1 level of English
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Experience with DIIA City would be a plus
- Maintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
- Maintain military records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
- Register employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applications
- Form and maintain personal files and data base of employees
- Enter data into the personnel/payroll system
- Fill, record keep and storage work books, accounting of employment history
- Archive personnel files, prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives, if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed on
- Provide personal data for accounting department, extra budgetary funds and tax inspectorate
- Prepare with accountants documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare Authorities
- Issue all kind of personnel certificates
- Maintains computerized and paper records of employees, including records of annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, and overtime. Prepares various personnel related reports for administrative staff and state authorities
