About this role

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office  is looking for a Senior/ Team Lead .NET Developer in Poland.

 

ABOUT PROJECT

We are building a web portal for the automation of insurance processes in the Healthcare domain.

ELEKS has been collaborating with the client for more than 5 years. Currently, it is one of the biggest accounts within the Business Unit. The team consists of approximately 25 specialists located in Poland and Ukraine.

There are currently 8 development teams involved in the project (7 on the customer side and 1 on the ELEKS side). The ELEKS team is primarily focused on developing new functionality and product enhancements.

\nREQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development
  • Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practices
  • Experience with Entity Framework
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with Azure Service Bus
  • Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
FOR TEAM LEAD ADDITIONALLY
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers
  • Experience making technical decisions and driving implementation approaches
  • Ability to coordinate development activities and support the team
  • Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform
  • Design and implement scalable backend services
  • Participate in architecture and technical discussions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across the project
FOR TEAM LEAD ADDITIONALLY
  • Drive technical decisions and implementation strategy
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Ensure engineering best practices and code quality standards
  • Participate in planning, estimation, and coordination activities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teams
