About the job:
Along with the development of advanced home appliances, a need increases for professionally prepared guidance on how to fully enjoy all the benefits our products have to offer to our consumers. We are now looking for a witty, smart and creative Junior Technical Writer to take our product documentation to the next level.

What you will do:
As part of our Content Development Team, you will write and edit user manuals for major domestic appliances. You will follow defined guidelines and process standards during creation of documentation while ensuring the highest quality of service while executing given tasks.

In this role, you will:
Create and update technical documentation following provided guidelines and standards
Learn and follow documentation processes related to manufacturing
Support the team by completing documentation tasks on time and with attention to quality
Perform basic quality checks on documentation and ensure accuracy
Work with internal teams to collect information needed for documentation
Participate in team meetings and meetings with stakeholders
Work on assigned tasks while learning from and receiving guidance from senior team members
Share knowledge and ask questions to support team collaboration and learning
Follow Electrolux policies and act in a professional and responsible manner
Who you are:
Fluent English written and spoken
Interest in new technologies - able to learn about new software and appliances in a short period of time
Advanced task and time management skills
Multitasking skills - good in setting priorities in challenging environment and working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Precision and great attention to detail and focused on maintaining high quality of work
Knowledge of writing documentation will be a plus
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Krakow in a modern office with colleagues dedicated to central HR, Finance and IT services across Europe.
