About the role

As a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer, you will play an important role in creating and maintaining spare parts documentation for appliances, ensuring that service and repair activities can be carried out efficiently. The role involves cooperation with the R&A team and regular support for relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service support and the availability of accurate spare parts information throughout the product lifecycle.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.

In detail, you will:

  • Monitor changes in production and product development for a range of household appliances and ensure related documentation remains accurate and up to date.

  • Prepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.

  • Create and maintain entries in spares databases, define spare parts, and update electrical diagrams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product and production changes.

  • Support the Spares Planning team in optimizing spare parts availability and supply processes.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.

Who you are:

  • You can correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.

  • You have basic knowledge of graphics editing software.

  • You possess a basic understanding of household appliances and how they operate.

  • You are well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • You are proactive, reliable, and pay close attention to detail.

  • You are customer-focused and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work.

  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

  • You enjoy working as part of a team and building positive working relationships.

  • You have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, or Power BI would be an advantage.

Where you'll be: You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
