All about the role:
Develops innovative solutions and approaches to engineering challenges to determine the sequence of steps or processes needed to improve efficiency and productivity of the organization's manufacturing operations.
What you’ll do:
- Industrialize New Products, according to Electrolux product creation procedures.
- Coordinate project engineers assigned to the project, in agreement with IME Rayong director
- Ensure the integration of new equipment in the plant (specifically when it comes to layout, connectivity, material flow, etc.)
- Supervise tech specs preparation and their alignment to group standards and technology roadmap
- Supervise supplier offer, checking their adherence to tech specs and to budget amount
- Ensure the respect of project KPIs: timing, quality, capex, costs
- Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects (EPM) and Capex Steering teams.
- Analyze production capacity, develop plan to shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
- Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solution.
- Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.
Who you are:
Education
- Bachelor ’s Degree or Master, in Engineering or equivalent combined with professional experience in manufacturing
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Where you’ll be:
You will be based at Rayong, Thailand. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
