All about the role:
The Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance Operational Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Electrolux Group operationally complies with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and testing compliance controls, assessing risks, and maintaining policies related to data security and cybersecurity through a very intensive and proactive engagement and involvement of the Cybersecurity domains.
What you will do:
Compliance Programs
Develop, implement and manage compliance controls to prevent violations of cybersecurity laws and internal policies, in collaborate with other Group IT functions, (e.g. Group Solutions, Group Data Protection and Group Security)
Conduct gap analysis for applications, infrastructure and against digital legislation requirements
Stay up to date on cyber- and data security regulations and standards
Policy Development and Governance
Contribute to the development, review and maintenance of company policies, procedures and standards related to cybersecurity compliance
Support the implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks across Electrolux Group
Risk Assessment
Evaluate risks associated with cybersecurity processes and technologies
Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments
Support application and transformation projects with security risk evaluations and mitigation plans
Audit Response
Coordinate responses to audit findings and support implementation of corrective actions
Track and report progress
Communication & Security Awareness
Promote cybersecurity awareness and foster a strong security culture across the organization
Support and monitor the completion of security awareness training program across Electrolux Group
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
Skills: Legal knowledge, risk assessment, cybersecurity and data privacy expertise, cybersecurity governance, cybersecurity compliance, cybersecurity project management, and strong communication skills. Cloud and application infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles. Previous experience in cybersecurity is a strong merit.
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
