Job Description

As an Errors Coordinator, you will investigate customer-impacting errors, coordinate remediation activities, perform root cause analysis, and ensure all actions are completed accurately and in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate escalations to identify and assess customer-impacting errors.
  • Record and categorize errors within established tracking systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate end-to-end remediation activities and monitor progress to resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support investigations and corrective actions.
  • Escalate risks, issues, or delays as appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and updates on remediation activities, trends, and outcomes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and customer outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, compliance, risk, remediation, quality assurance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in customer remediation, operational risk, complaints handling, or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection and regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, FCA regulations, CPC, or GDPR, is advantageous.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
